ResourceBlender Express
ResourceBlender offers an easy way to manage localized resources for inclusion with different applications. Once a program has been translated, parts can be re-used in other applications and more languages can be quickly added. Translators can search for existing translations to make the process quicker.

Offers resource and translation management and supports multi-threaded automatic tranlation using Google Translate. Resources can be output as .NET .resx files, Java .properties files, .dtd/.properties bundles used by Mozilla extensions or GNU gettext (PO) files.

Can use a flat file database or share a MySQL/SQL Server database with ResourceBlender.NET.
