Fast Forwarding

Fast Forwarding, an eBay business needed a stock management system to manage and track orders and stock between head office, sourcing, distribution and customers.

I was largely responsible for designing and implementing a system which allowed creation of customers and products and tracking of orders. The site also tracked packages en-route from sourcing to distribution and allowed head office to create reports.

I used ASP.NET Ajax and jQuery to provide a fluid interface and reduce loading times. Of particular interest to the client was the ability to print picking lists and labels as this previously took huge amounts of time.
